Artur Ossipov (born September 19, 1980 in Tartu) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Estonian Meistriliiga, for JK Maag Tammeka. He plays the position of midfielder or striker and is 1.82 m tall and weighs 76 kg.
Ossipov came very close to signing with Lokomotiv Moscow in 2001, but the deal fell through after Ossipov broke his knee while playing at an exhibition event. The severe knee injury kept him out of professional football for almost four years. In 2005 Ossipov made an unlikely comeback by signing with Merkuur Tartu. He then had a short successful spell at TVMK Tallinn, before returning to Tartu for the 2008 season.
