Artur Kotenko (born 20 August 1981 in Tallinn) is an Estonian footballer, who currently plays for Sandnes Ulf in the Norwegian Adeccoligaen. He is a goalkeeper and is an Estonia national football team player with nearly 20 caps to his name. In the national side, he is the No. 2 after legendary Estonian keeper Mart Poom.
