Artrell Hawkins, Jr. (born November 24, 1976 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania) is an American football safety for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Cincinnati.

He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 1998 NFL Draft, where he played cornerback for six years. After one year with the Carolina Panthers, he was signed by the New England Patriots.
In eight years, Hawkins has 374 tackles and 10 interceptions, one returned for a touchdown. Hawkins has returned one punt in his career.
