Arto Ruotanen

Arto Ruotanen (born April 11, 1961 in Pyhäjärvi, Finland) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in the SM-liiga. He played for Kärpät. He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 2003. He's actually living in Jönköping, Sweden.
