Artiletra (a fusion of a Portuguese expression, "Arte e Letra" meaning "Art and Letter") is a Cape Verdean bi-monthly newspaper/magazine. It is headquartered in Mindelo, the nation's second largest city and is one of the most circulated newspapers in Cape Verde.
