Arthur Winton Brown

Arthur Winton Brown (born 1856) was the Mayor of Wellington, New Zealand in 1886 and 1890.

He was a Wellington City Councillor from 1881 to 1885 and 1888 to 1890.

He was born in Port Chalmers. In 1892 ‘his fortunes suffered an eclipse, and he disappeared from public life’ (Perry).
