Arthur MacArthur was the name of the following people:

  • Arthur MacArthur, Sr. (1815–1896), a lieutenant governor of Wisconsin and acting governor for four days, and the father of Arthur MacArthur, Jr.
  • Arthur MacArthur, Jr. (1845–1912), a general in the United States Army and the Military Governor of the occupied Philippines, as well as the father of Arthur MacArthur, III and General Douglas MacArthur
  • Arthur MacArthur III (1876-1923), a captain in the United States Navy and older brother of Douglas MacArthur
  • Arthur MacArthur IV [1], born in Manila on February 21, 1938, son of Douglas MacArthur and Jean MacArthur
