Arthur Legat (November 1, 1898 - February 23, 1960) was a racing driver from Belgium. He participated in 2 Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on June 21, 1953. He scored no championship points.

Legat won the Grand Prix des Frontières at Chimay in 1931 and 1932 with a Bugatti.
