Arthur Kinsella

Arthur Ellis Kinsella QSO (1918 – 2004) was a New Zealand politician of the National Party, and was a cabinet minister.
Kinsella was Minister of Broadcasting from 1960 to 1963 in the Second National Government, overseeing the introduction of Television to New Zealand. He was Postmaster-General from 1961 to 1963 and was Minister of Education from 1963 to 1969.
He represented the rural electorate of Hauraki from 1954 to 1969, when he retired.
