Arthur Harbour is a small harbour entered between Bonaparte Point and Norsel Point on the southwest coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago. The harbour is located at 64°46′S, 64°04′W.

Arthur Harbour was roughly charted by the French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under Jean-Baptiste Charcot. It was surveyed in more detail in 1955 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), who established a station near the head of the harbour.

Arthur Harbour was named by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) in 1956 after Oswald Raynor Arthur, then Governor of the Falkland Islands.
