Arthur Donald Spatt

Arthur Donald Spatt (b. 1925, Brooklyn, NY) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Spatt received a LL.B. from Brooklyn Law School in 1949. He was nominated to the court by George H.W. Bush on October 25, 1989, to a seat vacated by Henry Bramwell, confirmed by the Senate on November 21, 1989, and received his commission on November 27, 1989. He assumed senior status on December 1, 2004.
