Hi, your Polemical statement about Armenian genocide is in violation of WP:User[1]. VartanM 21:28, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Arsenic99, would you please come help me with the Turkish War of Independence page if you have any time?

[edit] AfD nomination of Armenian Forgeries
An article that you have been involved in editing, Armenian Forgeries, has been listed for deletion. If you are interested in the deletion discussion, please participate by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Armenian Forgeries. Thank you. Karanacs (talk) 16:08, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
- No offense was taken. I really know nothing about the issue or the value of anyone's sources, but after reading this article it seemed obvious (to me) that it was a fork. I nominated it for speedy deletion, and the admin who looked at it instead put a prod tag on and said we should bring it to AfD if it was contested. If there is a true issue with the Armenian genocide page it may need to go through dispute resolution rather than have other pages created. The user in question is new, so I think he just doesn't know better. Karanacs (talk) 22:30, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Note
In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user editing Armenia/Azeri-related articles in a disruptive way. Please bear this in mind. Moreschi If you've written a quality article... 22:25, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks
Thanks for your message, it's only I came across that article and I report the fail in the discusion. 85.48.40.27 (talk) 22:37, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Category:Armenian Genocide deniers
Hi. I'm declining speedy deletion of that category as your rationale doesn't fit any of the criteria at WP:CSD#Categories. It would be appropriate to list it at WP:CFD if you think it should be deleted. Regards Tonywalton Talk 12:24, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
- Since the category is not a user category, I have moved the nomination to Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2008 February 22. Cheers, Black Falcon (Talk) 17:16, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
- Voted "Delete". I agreed with your rationale, but that wasn't right for speedy deletion. Let's have a discussion and see what happens. Tonywalton Talk 21:20, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] CfD on Category:Holocaust deniers
I'm afraid you can't do that. You can't just add an unrelated category to a CfD discussion. Imagine if it was an AfD discussion; you nominated an article about soup for deletion then a few days later added an article about football. That just wouldn't work. If you really want to nominate Holocaust deniers then you'll need to nominate it separately. Note however that the category survived a CfD discussion in April last year. Tonywalton Talk 23:08, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- Apologies - I misread my talkpage. It's VartanM who has added that category to your CfD nomination. I've copied the message above onto their talkpage; that is not how xfD nominations work. Tonywalton Talk 23:21, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- You see what I am dealing with? This person now denies the holocaust in order to equate his genocide idea to the holocaust, but the Armenian genocide is still undergoing massive research, even the most prominent Armenian Genocide historians are spending their time in Turkish archives, and they still haven't had the honor of accessing the Armenian archives. Eventually we'll know the exact answer, but for now, it is premature to declare and distance historians and scholars simply because they do not agree with the Armenian historians and scholars. — talk § _Arsenic99_ 23:47, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
Haha, I'm denying the Holocaust? Dear friend please don't put words in my mouth, especially accusing me of denying the Holocaust. VartanM (talk) 00:16, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- You added the Holocaust category for deletion, you're a holocaust denier. You're entitled to your opinion, but I think you should read the thousands of books by German experts on the issue. — talk § _Arsenic99_ 02:13, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

- First CFD means Category for Discussion. Secondly if we use your own logic, then you're a genocide denier. Which is a self admission of your ill intent regarding that topic here in wikipedia. Regards. VartanM (talk) 02:23, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I never denied the Holocaust, the Rwandan Genocide, Darfur Genocide, or the Cambodian Genocide; therefore I am not a genocide denier, but you have added to MY nomination the "holocaust" without my permission, trying to make me look like a holocaust denier, this was down-right low and immature of you. And I hope some administrators will take action against your constant trolling and POV-pushing. And like I said before if you want to discuss your denial of the holocaust, go ahead and make your own CfD entry, do not alter mine like a troll. — talk § _Arsenic99_ 02:37, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Please see WP:OWN, you don't own anything in wikipidia. Everything is owned by everybody. :) about not denying other genocides, it just shows how skewed your views are, and how much you're influanced by the Turkish government. And again, I don't deny the Holocaust, just like I don't deny any other genocide. So please stop the baseless accusations. And see WP:AGF VartanM (talk) 03:04, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I hate the Turkish government, how do they influence me? I don't understand! Maybe you're just influenced too much by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation that operates youth groups that you might have been in. You added the Holocaust Denial into my CfD, I don't own it, but it's my writing, and you altered it to fit your POV, trying to character assassinate me by making me seem like an all-around-genocide-denier, which I'm not (please next time refrain from adding words to my writing, this is completely immature, and I again ask you nicely once more to apologize). My accusations were not baseless and are in fact, quite accurate. — talk § _Arsenic99_ 04:41, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
And please stop the name calling, next time you will be reported. VartanM (talk) 03:05, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I never called you any name, I think you need to read my posts a little more accurately and stop imagining accusations/attacks. — talk § _Arsenic99_ 04:41, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm not an expert on Turkish language but "Biraz yardim" means "a little help". In any case I have already told you, that I'm going to assume that you were not aware of the rules so I'm not going to talk about that unless you continue. I am however going to complain about WP:Single purpose account that are popping up like mushrooms. Regards. VartanM (talk) 19:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Please check who you're talking to
Your comment, apparently intended for VartanM was left on my talkpage. If you intend a message for someone, please check the "Editing whatever" header to make sure that you're editing that someone's talkpage. I know I too can screw up from time to time, but please don't do it repeatedly. Thanks. Tonywalton Talk 09:18, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Genocide denial and historical revisionism
I'm only going to ask you once to stop pussyfooting around with the Armenian Genocide articles by intentionally obfuscating the issue with your largely unhelpful edits. You continue making ill-intentioned edits that only serve to sow confusion and there's hardly a trace of innocence or genuine regard for the truth or even for the sources found on the AG article. I added three sources that severely contradict your ridiculous edit on the Foreign relations of Turkey page. Your comments on your user page are insulting and offensive and Wikipedia administrators will take action since it is obvious soapboxing.
Your edits are by and large malicious in intent and if you continue on this similar line of this kind of editing (which is genocide denial by any definition), I'm going to file an additional ANI against you, which will result in punitive sanctions. Please do not allow it to go that far and take this warning seriously.--Marshal Bagramyan (talk) 06:05, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Category:Armenian Genocide Propagandists
Per the discretionary sanctions provided by Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan_2, I prohibit you from adding the Category:Armenian Genocide Propagandists to any Wikipedia article. If you continue to add this category to articles, especially those covered by the biography of living persons policy, I will block your account from editing Wikipedia. --Akhilleus (talk) 06:15, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've actually been quite mild, Arsenic99; you've spammed several BLPs with the label "propagandist", which is an obvious violation of the BLP policy. I think your actions justify a block, so don't push it. I'm creating a CfD for your category right now. --Akhilleus (talk) 06:28, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
-
- The Armenian genocide is a historical fact. Your POV-pushing is not going to change that. --Akhilleus (talk) 06:32, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

-
- Please don't post specious nonsense on my talk page. I would highly recommend that you refrain from pursuing your denialist agenda on Wikipedia; it's a good argument for indefinitely blocking your account. --Akhilleus (talk) 06:42, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
-
- FYI, I've speedily deleted the "Propagandists" category on CfD, per my earlier closing of the "deniers" category discussion.--Mike Selinker (talk) 10:23, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Ok, fine
Per your recent tendentious editing you are hereby banned from editing any articles or talk pages that, reasonably speaking, relate to the Armenian Genocide. This ban is for a period of six months. Moreschi (talk) 11:49, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- I left an answer to your question on my talk page.--Mike Selinker (talk) 16:58, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Blocked for 24 hours
You have been blocked for 24 hours for violating the discretionary sanctions imposed on you. This is also a notice that your six-month topic ban on editing any articles relating to the Armenian Genocide has been reset. Blueboy96 21:20, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
