Arsene Oka (born December 20, 1983) is a Ivorian footballer, who played as a forward for the New England Revolution of MLS before being released in the middle of the 2007 season. He has played previously for Cote D'Ivoire's Stade d'Abidjan, Stella Club d'Adjame and Africa Sports National before signing with the Revolution in September 2006. Oka signed with the Portland Timbers for the 2008 season.
He has appeared for Cote D'Ivoire's U17 and U20 national teams.
