Arsen Avakov is a former Tajik player. He became really famous when he won the top scorer award in the Ukrainian Premier League in 1995 while playing for FC Torpedo Zaporizhia. He became the first foreign player in history of the Ukrainian Premier League who won this title. He is also together with Andriy Fedkov and Tariel Kapanadze were the first foreign players who made the top ten best season scorers of the Ukrainian Premier League in 1995.
