The Arpin A-1 was an unorthodox monoplane aircraft submitted to the British Army for evaluation as an observation aircraft in 1938. Of pod-and-boom configuration, it had a low wing, pusher propeller, fixed tricycle undercarriage, and twin tails. The Army ordered the more conventional Taylorcraft D instead.
