From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Arpa Yeghegnadzor is an Armenian football club from Yeghegnadzor. The club made their professional debut in the 1993 Armenian First League as Momik Yeghegnadzor, where they participated in Group 1 out of two groups fighting for promotion. They finished in eighth position of their group which was not enough to gain promotion to the Armenian Premier League. As a result they were forced to remain in the First League and changed their name before the 1994 season towards Arpa Yeghegnadzor. Despite some fourth and fifth places they never reached the highest level of Armenian football as of today.
