This user's request to have the autoblock on his/her IP address lifted has been DECLINED.

This IP address has been blocked because it is believed to be an open proxy or zombie computer. To prevent abuse, these proxies may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If your ISP has misconfigured its proxy, you can try bypassing it by logging into Wikimedia's secure gateway at https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/. For more information about open proxies and what you can do, please see the WikiProject on open proxies.

  • Decline reason:

This appears to be a proxy. Please edit directly, not through a proxy server. Contact your ISP for more information. — Yamla 16:23, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

Dear Administrators!

I am writing you again with request to unblock me from editing. I am sorry, but I do not quite understand what happened and why you determined that the IP address is a proxy.

This IP address belongs to our organization; it has never been a proxy server. The IP address is used as NAT, this is not a proxy server, and moreover it has never been even a transparent server. This is our Direct and real IP address. The question is how can I contribute by editing again? Can you give me any reasons or evidences on which you determined that our IP address is a proxy? How can I prove that this IP address belongs to our organization and we got it? I can scan the agreement with our IPS and send it to you to show that this is our real IP address.

With respect and hope for your positive reply,

Olga --Arolga 09:35, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

I have unblocked 89.28.14.104. Note that that address has been used for vandalism and is blacklisted by some spam filters (see here). However, it does not appear to be an open proxy. If vandalism continues from that address, it may be blocked again though I would hope anon-only (so it should not affect you).

Dear Yamla!

Thank you very much for your time and consideration and for unblocking me from editing! Thank you very much for your detailed reply and link. I am going to give that link to our administrator for his examination. With best regards, Olga --Arolga 09:32, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Cigarettespedia logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Cigarettespedia logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:55, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
