[edit] For your Dad
I know just now about your father in Mediawiki. If you don't mind, please let me pray for him the eternal memory on the Lord. KIZU 23:05, 9 May 2004 (UTC)
- Not to mention. As for your question, I read it on the announcement of Mediawiki. KIZU 07:02, 10 May 2004 (UTC)
In order to confirm your standing in the Wikimedia election either me or Danny need to speak to you on the phone, so if you could email one of us we'll send you our phone numbers so you can call us. My email is imran@bits.bris.ac.uk. -Imran 23:20, 27 May 2004 (UTC)
Hello, Arno! I am here in London staying at the Cherry Court Hotel. I am unfortunately unable to access my email, I have only access to the web. I am hopeful of meeting up with you this afternoon sometime, I will be around my hotel, you can leave a message. The best way to contact me is to leave a message on my User_talk page, I will check it every hour or so all afternoon. Jimbo Wales 11:44, 4 Jun 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Possible Copyvio re: Propedeutic value of Esperanto
Please see Talk:Propedeutic value of Esperanto. It looks like you copied a document and lightly edited it; can you verify that the source is public-domain or that we have permission to copy and modify it? --Jim Henry 22:26, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Article Licensing
Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 2000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:
- Multi-Licensing FAQ - Lots of questions answered
- Multi-Licensing Guide
- Free the Rambot Articles Project
To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:
- Option 1
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
OR
- Option 2
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" with "MultiLicensePD". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know what you think at my talk page. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment| talk)
[edit] Image
Hello I have cropped and uploaded one of the pictures you took at the London meetup Here, as you were the only person to take a photo of me. You said that your images were freely editable so I assume you wont mind, but I just though I'd check. G-Man 15:12, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Comunleng
Hi. :) The article Comunleng has recently been placed on votes for deletion. I was wondering if you would like to add your input, as very few of us involved in the discussion can read the Spanish or French versions of the article. Thank you. func(talk) 18:10, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Rosicrucian article
Dear ArnoLagrange, as I have seen a edition of yours at the article Rosicrucian, I come to request your support to this article that I have just purposed for nomination at Wikipedia:Featured_article_candidates#Rosicrucian. May you may give a look into it? And, if you consider it acceptable, then may you support it? Thank you! :) --GalaazV 02:45, 9 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] From Hungary to NYC to you
Hi, Arno. I got your messages regarding the commons. Thanks for taking the time to to explain these things to me.
- (Its interesting how we can get confused.. Anyway, nice to see that you are still here.) Arno 08:31, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
May I ask how you found out about my article moving from en:wiki to hu:wiki? News seems to travel fast here. I'm just curious, that's all. It's exciting to see one's work translated.
I found your user name at hu:wiki, but since you do not have a page set up there, I am leaving this message here.
I hope we can find a way to work together. Meanwhile, I will go over your instructions regarding the commons, and make my best effort to learn them. If I have some questions about this, I may come back and ask you.
Thanks again for volunteering your expertise.
Regards,
paul klenk talk 06:54, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
p.s. It appears you know Esperanto. I have a user page at eo:wiki; if you know of a translator, or would like to translate it yourself, I'd be much obliged. -- p.k.
- Hi, I noticed your work on my page! I left a message for you at the eo:wiki. Thanks! paul klenk talk 07:52, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
- Oh, I think I figured it out now. Thanks for explaining it to me! paul klenk talk
[edit] Native esperanto speaker?
I'm curious how you ended up being a native Esperanto speaker. The only native Esperanto spakers I know about are cases where a couple falls in love and marries, where the only language the coupld share is esperanto. Samboy 01:02, 11 November 2005 (UTC)
- Excuse me for butting in, but my guess is thats what happenned.Cameron Nedland 02:37, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

- Yes my parents met with esperanto. My mother is born as a german and my father was french. But my mother speaks french very well for a long time and my parents spoke together in french or in esperanto as they wanted. It's a very personal question in which language people speak at home. For example my mother nether could speak german with me while I speak/spoke german with my grandmother, my aunts, etc. She just doesn't want or doesn't like. I know families where three languages are spoken : the mother's one, the father's (which are different) and esperanto. Does that work well ? It depends on each people and lot of subtile things.
