I created a couple of missing pages for Watford MPs (Arnold Sandwith Ward, William Helmore) so that the succession boxes on the pages of the existing MPs would work, i.e. you can go from first to last clicking through the sequence of boxes. The notability criteria states membership of a national assembly is enough. Also, asking for the page to be deleted less than an hour after creation... come on! This page is a valid stub.
