I don't know any sources on the web. I only got a demo version from a very old demo disk. The README.TXT containing this:
ARNIE 2 - Copyright 1993 Zeppelin Games Arnie 2 requires at the most, 541200 free bytes of conventional memory. For best results select VGA I at the options menu (but if this flickers then select VGA II).
