Arnulf "Høggern" Paulsen (born August 31, 1949) founded Vazelina bilopphøggeri, a wrecking yard, in 1973 and is the drummer for rock parody band Vazelina bilopphøggers. Arnulf was the bus driver for the band Baiage from Toten, where he met Eldar Vågan. Vazelina Bilopphøggers started to play at Arnulf's house at Christmas 1979.
