Arnoud Eugène van der Biesen (born December 28, 1899 in Semarang, Dutch East Indies - died February 17, 1968 in The Hague) was a Dutch sailor who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.
He was a crew member of the Dutch boat Boreas, which won the silver medal in the 12 foot dinghy.
