Arnold Johnson (November 15, 1921—April 10, 2000) was an actor who played the lead role in the film Putney Swope. In the film his voice was dubbed by Robert Downey Sr. because Johnson could never remember his lines. He also had a recurring role as one of Fred Sanford's neighbors in Sanford and Son. He also had a recurring role as Fletcher, Mother Winslow second husband on the sitcom Family Matters.
