This communication from HB's agent will provide some context:[2]; It seems as though the uploader Benji7a may misunderstand the distinction between owning a copy of a photograph and owning its copyright. HB's agent for her current show: User:TanoRea(talk) says that a) the current image is copyright, and that b) they would be happy to upload another image. This Help link [3] gives instructions for getting the copyright violation ('copyvio') pic deleted, and this Help page [4] might also be of use with the uploading of the new image.
