[edit] Deletion

This article was nominated for deletion (which I myself proposed) in January 2006 on the grounds that he was not a first team player. Since then, Armand Traore has made his first team debut [1] and he has now been given a first-team squad number [2]. Thus he now satisfies WP:BIO and the original reasons for deletion no longer apply. Qwghlm 23:13, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Honours

I've removed the honours for the Amsterdam Tournament and the Emirates Cup. These were invite only, pre-season tournaments and as such are not notable honours. No other players from the Arsenal squad have these honours listed, quite rightly, and so neither should Mr. Traore. Oli 12:43, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Category removed

I have removed material from this article that does not comply with our policy on the biographies of living persons. Material in a biography must always be referenced from reliable sources, particularly negative material. Negative material that does not comply with that must be immediately removed. Note that the removal does not imply that the information is either true or false.

Please do not reinsert this material unless you can provide reliable citations, and can ensure it is written in a neutral tone. Please review the relevant policies before editing in this regard. Editors should note that failure to follow this policy may result in the removal of editing privileges.

Religious categories should only be added if the following criteria are met:

  • The subject publicly self-identifies with the belief or orientation in question;
  • The subject's beliefs or sexual orientation are relevant to the subject's notable activities or public life, according to reliable published sources.

Until there is consensus this is the case, do not add the category. One Night In Hackney303 23:20, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
