Image:Armstrong 16mm.jpg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A single cut frame of a 16mm movie. It shows Neil Armstrong standing on the lunar surface with his visor raised. He has just finished collecting some samples.

Source: Original recording is a 1 frame/second - 16mm DAC (data acquisition camera, or sequence camera) by NASA
Date: July 20, 1969
Missiontime: +/- 109:38:20
Processing: It is currently not know from which scan of the original movie this frame is captured and who made it. It is however a derivative work of a PD work that most likely does not show enough changes to become an original work on it's own. For context; the same frame can be seen in a different processing in this movie at about 59secs. http://www.hq.nasa.gov/alsj/a11/a11f1093740.mov
