Rationale: this image illustrates the wide range of graphic selections for the game, which is an important point in its marketing strategy as well as its set up. There are no screen shots available online which show the game at low graphics so it was impossible to do anything other than make one. It does not in any way impede the ability of the company that made the game in marketing it, and they are of sufficiently low resolution as not to cause a problem.
