Army Cadet Fitness Test

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Army Cadet Fitness Test (ACFT) is a test taken by members of the RCAC (Royal Canadian Army Cadets.)

It consists of four portions:

  • a 20m shuttle run (Beep Test)
  • push-ups
  • sit-ups
  • long jump

Formerly, Chin-Ups were part of the test, but they were taken out, and replaced.
