Statistics of Armenian Premier League in season 2000.

  • FC Tsement changed their name into FC Araks Ararat.
  • FC Yerevan and Erebuni Yerevan both withdrew before the start of the season.
  • As a result FC Kilikia Yerevan who were originally relegated kept their place.
  • Lernagorts Kapan were additionally promoted to have an eight team competition.
