Arlen Quincy Harris (born April 22, 1980 in Chester, Pennsylvania) is an NFL running back who on August 6th signed a contract to play for the Atlanta Falcons. He played college football for the University of Virginia and Hofstra University. He won a PIAA State Championship at Downingtown High School. Quite notably, Harris did not play his junior year due to an injury to his knee or his senior year because he transferred and lost that year's eligibility. Harris did not play football for 2 years until he made his return to the field in an all-star game in Las Vegas and was named MVP. He was a free agent and was signed by the Atlanta Falcons. Over the off-season he joined churches such as Manor Presbyterian and Windsor Baptist in a weekend retreat at Pinebrook located in Pennsylvania and gave his testimony about why kids shouldn't do drugs or have sex before marriage. He then signed autographs on his Detroit Lions sportscards that he handed out to people.
He currently runs a youth football camp in Downingtown Pennsylvania with Marquis Weeks.
