Arkansas Highway 220

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Highway 220 is an east-west and north-south highway in western Arkansas. As with many Arkansas state routes, it exists in multiple locations. The first section begins at Highway 59 approximately 2 miles south of Cedarville and runs west and northwest approximately 8 miles to the Oklahoma State Line where it continues as State Highway 101

A second segment begins at AR 59 approximately 2 miles north of Cedarville and runs north approximately 18 miles through the Ozark National Forest, ending at Highway 170 near Devil's Den State Park. As of 2006, AR 220 was the last unpaved highway in Arkansas from 6 miles north of AR 59, to its terminus at Devil's Den Park. [1]
