Highway 16 is a mostly east-west highway in north west and north central Arkansas. Approximately 250 miles long, its western terminus is at U.S. Highway 412 in Siloam Springs . Its eastern terminus is in Searcy, Arkansas at Business U.S. Highway 67. With the exception of approximately 10 miles in Fayetteville, Highway 16 is a narrow, winding, 2-lane road.

Highway 16 Spur (signed as Spur 16S) is a half mile east-west state highway in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, United States. Its western terminus is at U.S. Highway 412 and Highway 59 with its eastern terminus at Highway 16. Locally posted as East Kenwood Road, it serves as a short connector route for traffic eastbound on U.S. 412 to access eastbound Arkansas 16 or for traffic westbound on Highway 16 to access westbound U.S. 412.
