Arkansas's 4th congressional district is the congressional district covering the Southern half of the U.S. state of Arkansas, excluding Little Rock. Notable towns in the district include Pine Bluff, Texarkana. It is currently represented by Democrat Mike Ross. George W. Bush received 51% of the vote in this district in 2004.
