Ark Recordings is a London based independent record label launched in 2005 by owner Jamie Davis and Russell Warby.

Jamie Davis previously ran Transcopic Records with Blur guitarist Graham Coxon.

Russell Warby also works as a live booking agent at William Morris Agency where his roster include The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Foo Fighters and Vampire Weekend.

They are distributed by PlAS in UK and Europe.
