Arjun Charan Sethi (born 18 September 1941) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Bhadrak constituency of Orissa and is a member of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) political party. He was uninion minister of water resources in Atal Bihari Vajpayee government from 2000 to 2004.
