Aristón Estrada, Jr., Filipino, born in 1940, has served as director of Ayala since 1983 and is also the Adviser to the Chairman of Ayala. He was formerly a director of AC International Finance Ltd., Ayala DBS Holdings, Inc. and of the Bank of the Philippine Islands for 19 years from 1983 to 2002.

Mr. Estrada holds an A.B. degree in humanities (summa cum laude) from De La Salle University (1960) and a B.Sc. degree, major in accounting (1962). He ranked first in the board examinations for Certified Public Accountants in 1962.
