Ariel Lade

Ariel Lade (b. 1975 in White Rock) is a Green Party of Canada politician and economist in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Lade majored in economics and political science at University of Victoria. He earned a master's degree in economics and philosophy at the London School of Economics.

Ariel Lade has run twice as a candidate for the Green Party of Canada in the federal riding of Victoria.

In the 2004 Canadian federal election, Lade finished 4th out of 5 candidates - receiving 6,807 votes or 11.67% of valid ballots cast.

In the 2006 Canadian federal election, Lade finished 4th out of 7 candidates - receiving 5,036 votes or 8.1% of valid ballots cast.

Ariel Lade also ran as a candidate for the Green Party of British Columbia in the provincial riding of Peace River South.

In the 2005 BC general election, Lade finished 3rd out of 3 candidates - receiving 956 votes or 9.5% of valid ballots cast.
