Ariana Television Network is a private, partisan, television in Kabul that along with an Ariana radio station is part of the Ariana Television Network (ATN). ATN programming places particular emphasis on education, health, children's programming, women's and world issues. Viewers can also call live and talk to on-air presenters or request songs to be played on the network.

Ariana is owned by an Afghan American Ehsan Bayat, who also owns AWCC (Afghan Wireless Communication Company) the first communications company to start operating in Afghanistan, after the fall of the hardline Islamic fundamentalists, the Taliban.

Ehsan Bayat is also trying to help the Afghans with his foundation, THE BAYAT FOUNDATION.
