Ari is a comune and town in the Province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of Italy.Ari is a very small town, built on a ridge between the two small rivers Valle Cupa and Turri. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards, and is famous for it’s large production of wine.[1] The noble Orsini family of Lanciano (ancient Anxanum) dominated this small town.
