Thanks for uploading Image:SmallCCHS logo.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:CCHS logo.jpg. The copy called Image:CCHS logo.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
