A tag has been placed on Image:Nussbaum.jpg, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

No proof of copyright-holder releasing photo under free license; photo was uploaded by someone other than the photographer. Unless Martha Nussbaum has purchased copyright from the photographer, she cannot legally release it.

I'm a big fan of Nussbaum's work, but this does appears to be a copyright violation. If possible, please have the copyright holder send a release like this one; if not, the image will have to be deleted. --Padraic 19:45, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
