[edit] Merging with VoIP

I disagree with merging this article with VoIP as the "area code 000" isn't used only for VoIP services, but can also indicate a telemarketing system calling in as well. Steven Williamson (HiB2Bornot2B) - talk 15:16, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
