This article is straight-up daft. It's got some good historical information, but it neglects to mention that the neighborhood today is severely blighted, with as many empty lots as standing houses, and with at least half of the standing houses boarded up and abandoned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.41.228.100 (talk) 05:21, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
