Ardsley, South Yorkshire

Ardsley is a village about 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Barnsley and forms part of the Metropolitan Borough of Barnsley of South Yorkshire, England. It is historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire. The busy A635 divides the village into two parts. The Ardsley House Hotel is one of the key features of the village. There is a small primary school, named Oakhill, as well as a Christian Church.
