Thank you for passing the ACC championship games topic; it's my first! JKBrooks85 (talk) 09:18, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] ACC championship games

Hi - The bot I run that updates WP:WBFTN expects the page name for the featured topic box added to WP:FT to be the same as the page name for the nomination added to WP:FTC. This wasn't the case for the ACC championship games FT (the page name of the box matched the header in the nomination file, not the page name). I fixed this by moving the nomination page (and updating the transclusion in the log file). Unlike featured articles (and featured lists) these page names aren't generally visible to readers since the pages are transcluded by WP:FT (articles and lists are linked by WP:FA and WP:FL respectively). I don't have any idea how often this might come up again, but in general I think it's probably good for the FT name (the header in the nom file), the name of the nom page (subpage of WP:FTC), and the topic page name (subpage of WP:FT) to all match. As far as you know, is this already supposed to be the case? Thanks. -- Rick Block (talk) 15:38, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] New categories at WP:FT

Sweet, I like the new categories at WP:FT. I don't know if you remember, but I initially brought this issue to you a few months ago, so it's nice to see that categories are similar to WP:FA now. Gary King (talk) 18:18, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WikiProject Canada on Commons two cents requested

A preliminary Commons WikiProject Canada has been created. Please help adapt, modify and expand it, to coordinate and organize Canadian media on commons. It will provide a common area for media discussion, PD issues and naming on the commons WP talk page. Well, already the Commons WikiProject Canada has a This gallery has been requested for deletion deletion tag and discussion started because a wikiproject is not a gallery. Do you want to edit the intial Wikiproject start up or comment if it is needed on commons or not at the deletion discussion. Oh my goodness! SriMesh | talk 02:17, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Contribution claim request

Hi there!

I recently decided to create my account on Wikipedia. However, I have made contributions before when I wasn't registered, and I now want to claim those contributions. My account IP address and the IP address that I'm recorded as on the Revision history of List of Soul Reapers in Bleach as are exactly the same- is there a way you can have all of my contributions listed when I click the "My Contributions" page? I have contributed to both the "Senna" section and the "Baishin" section on the page List of Soul Reapers in Bleach. Thanks so much! Sapphire Dragon777 (talk) 20:03, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] A Featured List contest

Greetings. FL directors Scorpion0422 and The Rambling Man have decided to run a contest for FL contributors. We are trying to get some interest in the process and get some FLs for the under-represented topics. If you would like to learn more about this contest, you can find such information here. If you are uninterested in it, then you could still help out by reviewing FLCs submitted by the entrants. Thanks for the time, Scorpion0422 18:31, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
