Are there any parts of New York other than Midtown and Downtown? (Yes, this question is rhetorical – what about brownstones, or the unique buildings on Park Avenue, 5th Avenue, Riverside Drive and Central Park West? What about the legions of apartment buildings, of fewer than twenty stories, built between 1880 and 1930?
