The year Archelaus became the ethnarch is usually stated to be 4 BC. I think in this article we have an antiquated chronology, and therefore I am going to substitute the dates. Andres 18:09, 20 Dec 2003 (UTC)
There are already separate articles on Archelaus I of Macedon and Herod Archelaus. I intend to create another on Archelaus (general), turn this article into a disambiguation page, and redistribute the links. -- Flauto Dolce 03:11, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
