[edit] Expansion

This interesting article could be expanded in nearly all its areas, especially non-Anglican use of the title. A list of famous Archdeacons would also be helpful as a person could go there and see how some of the duties of this office have been fulfilled in the past.--Wowaconia 15:16, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
