Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image of the cover of the EP is used as the primary and only means of visual identification for the EP, which is the main subject of the article.
2. The low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the EP.
3. The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the EP cover.
4. The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.
