Arco da Porta Nova

The Arco da Porta Nova (in English, New City Gate) is an arch in Sé, Braga, Portugal.
The arch decorates the western gate of the medieval wall. It was opened in 1512 and was the place where the keys of the city were given.
The actual arch is a combination of baroque and neoclassic styles, was designed by André Soares and built in 1772 - 1773.
